  • Associate Director of Children’s Ministries-Emergence:
    This individual will serve as part of the Emergence Leadership Team to strategically plan, develop, organize and oversee a dynamic Children’s Ministry program for children from infants through 5th grade for the Emergence Multi-Site. As part of the training process for this position, this individual will equip, train, and inspire volunteers to serve in Chapel Kids Camp while Emergence is meeting on the Lincoln Park Campus. This is a part-time paid position for twenty hours per week. This person will work directly with the volunteers to lead the ministry. The qualifications for this position include: an individual with a passion for their relationship with God through frequent time in the Word and prayer; someone who has a love for children, and a strong desire to see them begin and grow in their walk with Christ; possesses strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills; can recruit and equip volunteers and ministry teams to do the work of ministry; and demonstrates creativity as well as maturity.
