Emergence

I'm just sitting at home thinking about this evening, and what it all means to us as followers of Jesus. It was great spending time with all (270!) of you at the Good Friday service. One of my favorite things each year is just reading through the many scriptures that speak of the act of love that happened at the cross 2000 years ago.

Thanks for reading through it with us. Sometimes, there isn't much more that needs to be said.

Looking forward to celebrating with you on Easter Sunday. It's gonna be exciting. If tonight's turnout was any indication, we all need another reminder--no matter what service you're coming to, come early! (we were only expecting 150-200 tonight) Who knows what might be in store for all of us on Sunday?!? I do know we should have space for anyone that shows--we have two buildings at our disposal (at 10:15 and 11:30)--and two buildings means twice the coffee!
