One of the best ways to get the heartbeat of any Church community is to visit during one of the weekend gatherings.
At Emergence, there are four gatherings each Sunday at our Totowa, NJ location:9:00am, 10:15am, 11:30am, and 6:30pm
Each service is exactly the same, so it makes it easy to decide. Please note that the full Emergence Kids experience is only available at our three morning services.
When you visit, be sure to stop by the Welcome Center in the front lobby to pick up your welcome booklet and CD featuring sermon clips and music recorded live at Emergence.
What does it mean to become a Christian? How does a person become one?
I'm brand new to Emergence. How do I connect or grow here?
I have a child in middle school or high school. What is available at Emergence for them?
What are the distinctives that help to define Emergence as a church?
We're getting married--or are heading that direction. What is the process for pre-marital counseling and scheduling a wedding at Emergence or with an Emergence Pastor?

The greatest sermon ever preached--the Sermon on the Mount. In it, our perfect teacher, Jesus, shows us the heart of the Kingdom in which He reigns.
Missional Communities provide the framework for a culture where believers can work together in seeking God’s mission in their communities.
It’s a safe, open place to get to know other folks from Emergence and develop community so that we can engage our neighborhoods as a team of missionaries on mission together.
If you would like to find a Missional Community in your area, you can click the link to the left. From there, you can request information and get in touch with the leaders of our MCs.
Every single day, we're reminded of a very simple fact: Emergence does not exist without faithful people sacrificing their time and effort to make it happen.
Emergence is a community of missionaries. None of this can or will work if the church is a place where people go to watch other people do ministry.
With that said, there are a few key areas where faithful people are needed in order to provide this place for corporate worship and ongoing ministry--and to do it well.
If you're interested in potentially serving on one of those teams, click the link to the left.
It is the joy and responsibility of Jesus' church to worship by giving of themselves in support of the work.
If you do join in at a gathering, you'll notice that we don't pass an offering plate, so you won't have to dread that moment. Those who call Emergence home give in the offering boxes in the back of the auditorium, or online through the link to the left.
To those of you who support Emergence financially--thank you. Your generosity and worship through your gift supports the work Jesus is doing here, and allows us to move forward into the future, trusting God to lead us.
